Siobhan
Siobhan Hencher – Complementary Therapist, Specialist Yoga Teacher & Mother of Seven
I have been immersed in holistic health for 30 years, qualifying in Aromatherapy, Reflexology, and Swedish Massage by the age of 20. My fascination with therapies that directly influence our biofield led me to explore modalities such as Integrated Energy Therapy (IET), Reiki, Munay-Ki Rites, and, most recently, Bioresonance Therapy & Silent Counselling.
With a background as both a gymnast and a high-performance acrobatics coach, I was naturally drawn to holistic movement practices. I qualified to teach Chiball—a fusion of tai chi, yoga, Pilates, Feldenkrais, and meditation—before deepening my studies in Hatha Yoga for adults, teens, and children. My passion for supporting women’s wellbeing led me to specialise in women’s yoga, becoming a Yogabellies prenatal, postnatal, and women’s yoga teacher.
Since 2005, I have been teaching energy therapy and Reiki courses, sharing my knowledge and experience with those looking to explore the healing arts. As one of Yogabellies Global’s senior teachers, I have had the privilege of delivering women’s yoga teacher training worldwide, empowering others to support women through every stage of life.
My passion for holistic wellbeing and accessibility led me to create The WellBeing Circle, a Community Interest Company dedicated to making wellbeing practices available to everyone. I believe that everyone, regardless of background or circumstance, should have the opportunity to experience the benefits of holistic therapies, movement, and community connection. Through retreats, workshops, and educational experiences, The Well Being Circle brings people together to explore new ways of supporting their physical, mental, and emotional health, creating lasting change and empowerment.

Janice Morgan-Singh PGDip MBACP, Counselling Therapist
“Drawing from years of navigating a successful corporate career while raising a family, I bring a grounded and inclusive approach to my work as a therapist. With a rich dual heritage and broad cultural perspective, I aim to support identity exploration and personal growth in meaningful ways. I trained with Human Development Scotland and hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Relations and Counselling.
I am passionate about opening up access to therapeutic experiences for all, creating opportunities for healing and growth that are accessible and meaningful. Embracing the transformative benefits of outdoor settings in my practice, I encourage freedom of expression and foster deeper connections in natural environments. For those who value being in nature, I offer an enriching and non-traditional therapeutic experience that nurtures self-discovery and connection.”
Barry
Barry McGowan – Cold Water Experiences
“My name is Barry. I’m a 52-year-old who’s been absolutely hooked on spending time in, under, or on top of the sea, lochs, rivers, and waterfalls around Scotland for over a decade. Recently, I became a certified swimming pool lifeguard, to give folk I accompany into the water a wee bit confidence especially when the water temperatures are pretty fearsome.”
